Chris has over 30 years of executive level experience in software development, working with various levels of start-ups such as Stratice Healthcare, where he served as the Chief Technology Officer to Fortune 500 companies such as Angie’s List, where he last served as a Senior Director.
For the last several years he has focused on guiding teams through Agile transformations and processes, in various industries. His passion lies in helping businesses and organizations solve problems effectively and efficiently using Agile principles and frameworks.
Chris graduated from Ball State University with a B.S. in Computer Science and received his MBA from the University of Indianapolis. He is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSA), and a Certified Management 3.0 Trainer, in addition to being a current candidate for the Professional Scrum Trainer designation.
Tana’s background leading and developing human resource and operational functions while developing company-wide people strategies provided a strong foundation in workplace cultural development before shifting her focus to software and product development. Tana has experience leading successful cultural transformations in agile environments and implementing agile practices, including Scrum, in software development and non-software development business functions. Tana has a BA in Corporate Communications from Purdue University and is a Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and a Management 3.0 Certified Trainer and Facilitator.
